Please note: import duties, taxes and customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. These vary by country and are outside our control.

We dispatch orders after the auction closes and payment is confirmed. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

We move quickly, but we also pack properly.

If you win multiple lots in the same auction, we’ll ship them together under the one flat rate.

If you win lots across different auctions, shipping is charged per auction.

Local pick-up is available for eligible auctions for bidders located in Brisbane, Australia. If collection is offered, the details will be listed in the auction description and provided to successful bidders.

Watches and jewellery are packed securely and sent with tracking. If you’ve ever received a watch in a padded envelope… don’t worry. That’s not the vibe here.

If you need to update your delivery address, do it as soon as possible after payment. Once an order has shipped, we can’t redirect it. Refunds are not available for incorrect address.

All sales are final

Paddles is an auction house. We don’t offer returns or change-of-mind refunds.

That’s standard for auctions, and it’s why we focus on clear listings, honest photos and quick answers to all your questions.

Lots are sold as-is, with condition described as accurately as possible based on our assessment. Vintage pieces can show wear, patina and age-related quirks — that’s often the point.

If you want extra detail or photos, reach out before bidding and we’ll do our best to help.

If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the item

• the packaging

• the shipping label
